When you apply to study at any learning institution, you are entering into a contract with that institution, not with the Company. With each learning institution having its own terms and conditions of enrolment and school policies, we strongly advise you to read and understand them, especially the refund policy, before making application and/or enrolment.

If you are not happy with the service provided by Blue Education, you may lodge a complaint with the school, college or university you intend to go to, or with the Department of Consumer & Employment Protection (DOCEP)
